About this survey and prize draw

1.1The promoter of this survey and prize draw is Ambela Limited ("Ambela", "we", "us"), company number 15574706, registered office Fielding House, 43 Thornbury Close, Cardiff, Wales, CF14 1UT.

1.2These terms cover the Ambela #PerfectFit survey (the "survey") and the prize draw that runs alongside it (the "prize draw"). By taking part in the survey or entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms.

1.3The survey is hosted by Typeform and the prize is provided through Prezzee. The prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Typeform, Prezzee or any social media platform on which it is promoted, and none of them is responsible for it.

Who can enter

2.1The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who live in a country where entering is lawful, except residents of Italy, Brazil and the Canadian province of Quebec, and residents of any country or territory where UK sanctions would prevent us from providing the prize.

2.2Employees of Ambela, their immediate family members and anyone else professionally connected with the survey or the prize draw cannot enter or win.

2.3One entry per person. More than one entry from the same person, or from the same email address, will count as a single entry.

2.4Entries made by automated means, in bulk or through a third party are not valid. We may disqualify any entry or winner where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these terms have been broken or that an entry is fraudulent.

How to enter

3.1To enter, complete the survey at https://form.typeform.com/to/zpSBLXAO and enter your email address on the final page. No purchase is necessary.

3.2An email address is required so that we can enter you into the draw and contact you if you win.

3.3Subscribing to Ambela emails is optional. If you choose to subscribe, we will send you marketing emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Subscribing, not subscribing or unsubscribing later does not affect your entry into the draw.

3.4The answers you give in the survey have no effect on your chance of winning. There are no right or wrong answers, and we welcome honest feedback, whether positive or negative.

3.5The prize draw opens when the survey is published. The closing date for entries is 11:59pm UK time (GMT) on 30 November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the draw.

3.6Ambela is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete, or for any technical failure that prevents an entry from being received, unless this is caused by our own failure.

The prize

4.1There is one prize: a gift card worth £500. If the winner lives outside the UK and the gift card is issued in another currency, the prize will be the equivalent of £500 in that currency, converted at the exchange rate on the date we buy the gift card. Where the card limits in the winner's country are lower than the value of the prize, the prize may be provided as more than one card.

4.2If the winner lives in a country where Prezzee issues gift cards at the time the prize is issued, the gift card will be provided through Prezzee. The winner may choose either a gift card for a single retailer, or a card that can be used at more than one retailer, from the options Prezzee offers in their country. The retailers available differ by country and are subject to availability.

4.3If the winner lives in any other country, they will tell us the name of an online retailer that delivers to their country and sells digital gift cards that we are able to buy. We will provide a gift card for that retailer worth the equivalent of £500, sent directly to the winner by email. If we cannot buy a gift card from that retailer, we will ask the winner to choose a different one.

4.4Ambela reserves the right, acting reasonably, to decline any retailer or brand that we do not wish to be associated with, including for ethical reasons. In that case we will ask the winner to choose a different retailer.

4.5The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged, and there is no cash alternative. If the prize cannot be provided for reasons outside our control, we may provide a prize of equal or greater value instead.

4.6The terms of Prezzee and of the chosen retailer apply to the gift card, including where it can be used and when it expires. Prezzee's terms are available at https://prezzee.uk/en-gb/policies/terms-of-service.

4.7The winner is responsible for any tax or duty that may be due on the prize in their country.

The draw and the winner

5.1The draw will take place on 1 December 2026. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries, under the supervision of a person who is not involved in running the survey or the prize draw.

5.2We will contact the winner by email, using the address they gave when they entered, by 2 December 2026.

5.3The winner has seven days from the date we first contact them to respond. We will continue to try to contact them by email during that time. If we have not heard back within seven days, the winner will forfeit the prize and we will select another winner at random in the same way. The same period of seven days will then apply.

5.4Before the prize is issued, we may ask the winner to confirm that they are aged 18 or over and that they meet these terms. If they cannot do so, the winner will forfeit the prize and we will select another winner in the same way.

5.5We will make the winner's surname and country available to anyone who asks for them within one month of the closing date. The winner can object to this by telling us when they accept the prize. We will not use the winner's name or image in any publicity without their permission.

Your data and your survey answers

6.1Ambela is responsible for the personal data collected through the survey and the prize draw. We will use your email address to run the prize draw and to contact the winner. If you choose to subscribe, we will also use it to send you marketing emails.

6.2Your survey answers are used for research, to help us understand our customers and shape the Ambela range. We look at answers across all respondents. If we quote any written comment you give, we will not include your name, your email address or anything else that identifies you without your permission.

6.3Typeform collects and stores the survey answers and email addresses on our behalf. Prezzee, or the chosen retailer, will receive the winner's details needed to deliver the prize.

6.4If you do not subscribe, we will use your email address only for the prize draw, and we will delete it once the prize has been issued and any questions about the draw have been dealt with.

6.5You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://ambela.gorgias.help/en-GB/privacy-policy-549403.

General

7.1We may amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances outside our control make this necessary. If we do, we will publish the change where these terms are published. We will not make any change that unfairly affects people who have already entered.

7.2Nothing in these terms affects any legal rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

7.3Once the gift card has been issued, any problem with using it is a matter for Prezzee or the chosen retailer under their terms. This does not limit our responsibility if we fail to issue the prize as these terms describe.

7.4These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be excluded.
